I'm happy that they are rebooting the franchise, but i have a feeling the new film will turn out shit because modern day Hollywood executives know fuck all about quality now.
It was because of the sony lot that Spider-Man 3 was so shit, Raimi didn't even like Venom as a character and wanted the Vulture instead.

Back up plan if Spider-Man 4 had any problems.
Just wish they could remake the X-Men films also.
