Just been on the phone to paypal for the last half hour. They didn't sound overally helpful, but think I might have to varify my account which could be an issue. I'm just in the process of doing this, although I would of thought you should be able to send money to any e mail address? Anyway, once I receive their deposited amount, I can complete the process and hopefully should all be good..

I don't think paypal is the problem, I wan't trying to use it. I don't have a paypal account, which is why I was trying to pay with my credit card. It seems odd to me that the option is given to pay by credit card or paypal, it lets me fill in all the card info and then there is a thing at the bottom that mentions paypal collecting info from me. Why would they need to if I'm paying by card? Also, even if I did have a paypal account, why would it stop me from paying by card rather than paypal? Have I miss read something? Is paying by credit card actually possible or is it paypal only?

I can get around it, I'll be out with some of the lads next week. One of them is bound to have a paypal account and I'm sure if I give them the cash and a pint they can be persuaded to sort me out.

Hmmm. I think it is paypal that still processes the card payment. I've tried to buy one myself, but my card is already registered to the account i'm trying to buy from so it won't let me do it.

I've also e mailed bigcartel and will let you know as soon as my bank account is verified with Paypal, but I'm not sure that would prevent me from taking credit card payments.

I guess we'll see what happens with that, I'll try sending a request for payment, see if that works..

Sorry for the hassle. Rather get this sorted before the album gets here

Its no bother, I'm happy that I found the problem actually so you can get it sorted. We're all friends here so in a way its good that I can help you out and test the system before you get an arsey stranger on your case.

Plus, a 7 minute response time, thats good customer service!

Right, after several conversation with Paypal, they are going to look into it and send me a mail.

However, I have just received an order from a Paypal user, so you can still purchase if you have a Paypal account. I'll keep you posted on what they come back with anyways.

Yes and it will look more sexy when I'm wearing it.

I suppose you could make a paypal payment to turbo-laser@hotmail.co.uk for £12.50 and I will put a shirt aside and package with the album when it arrives.

The shirt is £7.50 delivered and the album is a fiver on it's own. Don't forget to include address details and sizes etc etc

Cool, I wondered how long that would take to turn up with Xmas post and weather and whatever.. Anyway, glad you got it..

Received the payment also cheers dude. I'll have a package on its way the first post after Xmas.

Album due to land the day before Xmas eve.. Wonder if the courier will manage that?

Anticipated release date = Christmas Day 2010
