I would but my cooking style is experimental. I can never remember what I put into things or the amounts. Today I am having tacos for tea. Into the wok went mince, onion, gravy, garlic, paprika, chilli powder, nutmeg, rosemary, gram massala and possibly something else, I can't remember. I just go nuts with the spice rack. Well the spice cupboard anyway. I wish I had a spice rack.
