I asked Feemo to do us a section for sports as now there seems to be more than Gav and I who have an interest in footy/sports related news and funny stuff.
So, who is your team and Which sports do you follow?
I will start the ball rolling (no pun intended)
Footy - Manchester United Cricket - Lancashire Aussie Rules - Essendon Bombers American Football - San Francisco 49's Gaelic football - Meath
The most amazing crazy golf player I have ever seen. I saw her come second in the 2005 Wold Crazy Golf Championships. She should have won but being only about 10 or 11 years old, the pressure must have got to her and she lost by 2 strokes. She looked gutted. As was everyone else who was watching.
Though i love the fact the geordies have dropped down, yeah, Hull are absolute dog shite and did not deserve to stay up. That Phil Brown is a great singer though, if Dave ever leaves H.O.D i am sure he would fill in.
Haha, yeah he's a proper dolt, the odds on Hull getting relegated next season must be stupid...
I also enjoyed Newcastle going down, never liked them, and they took three ex-Leeds big boys down with them, which is...ironic.. especially for Alan "I'm too big to play in the Championship" Smith...
Rugby Union for me. What with being from South Wales originally. Ospreys FTW.
I can't believe people are mentioning wrestling. http://leighsus.blogspot.com Check that shit out. My favourite wrestlers are El Generico and Delirious. But you don't know who they are unless you're sad.
Wrestling isnt something i watch anymore. I havent followed it propperly in about 9-10 years. But i turned TNA on yesterday and Sting was on it. I was most pleased!
I did not know that? Ill have to try n watch it a bit more. I guess i can get away with watching if im not the seasonal wrestling fan.
I thing i would like to know. When they tour, is it the same "show" every night with the bigger stuff? Or are the fights still "random" outcomes? Me and Si saw the WCW tour too long ago. And Kevin Nash had a broken leg. And we got to see Rick Flairs sexy bum. Good times.
TNA is daftly terrible, but it's still quite good to watch.
It's mental how soap opera-like it is, very very over the top for no reason, but the fact there's Sting, Mick Foley, Kevin Nash, Booker T, Kurt Angle makes it good. Some top high flying lads aswell. That six sides of steel thing is normally a good laugh.
