Back on topic though, I'm not doing much of anything this weekend. That pain in my shoulder, from last week, has evolved into a full on spasm causing problem. I'm pretty sure its a trapped nerve, I've had them before and it feels the same. Painful, dibilitating and annoying. I'm staying in with my ibuprofen, not moving much and hot baths.
