In Europe its called GIMA I think. You'll get cash for sales, airplay and public performance. Providing all of the paper work is filled in. Without it, you're pretty much double bummed.

I've got a contract here, they asked for non-exclusive rights to it. Paid royalties for the sales on it in March & September(?)

Isnt the MCPS part of the PRS now? If you have to join, its a one time fee only.

Shit gets serious.


EDIT:
Im having to write about all of this in college right now, but i didnt know this:

All the members of my band contribute to the writing of our songs. Is it possible for us to join as a group, or must we join individually?

In respect of both MCPS and PRS for Music, each songwriter within a band needs to apply for individual membership.
