On sunday, me and Kate are thinking of going to Spaceport Seacombe to have a go at the Alien Wars attraction. Anyone else fancy it? It like the Passage of Terror in Blackpool, but with Aliens. You walk around and they jump out to scare the crap out of you. This used to be the officially licensed Alien War, based on the Aliens film. Looks like the license ran out but they still had all the stuff, so they changed it a bit and carried on.
I went to Spaceport on Sunday but annoyingly I didn't go in. Its a con! Reading the website, it makes out that Alien Wars is part of the Spaceport. You pay your £9.50 and get to go round the museum and Alien Wars is part of this. This is not the case. Spaceport closes at half 2 and Alien Wars takes over. Therefore, if you want to do Aleien Wars its an additional £9.50 to do so. Apparently it lasts 15mins. I couldn't bring myself to pay this as that is not the value for money I expected. Outrageous! A strongly worded letter will be going to the manager and possibly the trading standards agency. This is clearly false advertising.
