Actually, this lawsuit has more substance than you might think.

Blacksabbath.com is operated by th Osbournes. That is all fine and dandy but further looking reveals that Live Nation, the company that Iommi sued for illegally selling sabbath merch when the contract they entered into expired, was selling merch through the Osbournes Black Sabbath.com site. Ozzy is no longer able to make money from black sabbath merch via live nation as the contract expired and Toni is suing the company for copyright infringement, so Ozzy appears to be going after the Black Sabbath name itself as a means of generating revenue, since hte live nation thing is dead. Sounds like Ozzy has been eating some sour grapes and wants to spit the seeds in Iommi's face. The quy is a twat and should just go away.
