Nothing on Mr B's fine kitchen work but you have to start somewhere.

Made a few pizzas recently, eating on the cheap as just moved house...
Stuffed crust, thin n crispy and calzone... mostly featuring eggs n goats cheese.

Used quorn mince in the calzone with some scotch bonnets I grew. A little sugar in the dough makes for a winner too!

The calzone looks nice, like a massive pasty!

Also, I have Simpons slippers too.

Yeah it was a pizza pasty really biggrin

I'm gonna come up with something soon featuring heavy quantities of meat, chillies, some kind of pastry/breadcrumbs and humous.

Homer J slippers for life!

Oh, remember that whiskey I was talking about "lagavulin", kind of smokey? It's in Asda at about £40! Yowzer. Defo worth it though, very tasty.

Time for a food update.

Cream egg ice cream. Well tasty. Visually pleasing too.

A series of pics of some marrinades I made for putting on chichen and octopus. The meat was then skewered along with some peppers, shallots and cherry tomatoes and cooked on a BBQ. Soem were eaten off the sticks, some were put into a pita bread.

Hot dog baps.

A tasty steak.

A Trawlerman pie dinner with added potato scallop.

Chicken with a tone of spuds. Yes, I do eat salad and gravy together. It works.

A bowl of muscles. Not much too them but they keep you bust for a while.

A classic combo, pizza ad chicken wings.

Eggs benedict, from Giraffe. Very tasty indeed.

The evolution of sandwhich. Made with fried bread featuring bacon, egg and mushrooms. It was a thing of beauty.

The M & S £10 meal deal. 2 meals of super tasty stuff and a bottle of wine for £10. This is the peppered chicken with chips. Chips the likes of which you have never tasted. Soooooooo good. Second best chips ever. (The best I ever had were on Jersey. Never beaten for quality).

Chicken stuffed with cheese and chillies, with mash and garlic bread. Didn't quite work as well as it did in my mind but it was good enough.

A little breakfast burger, I had nothing else in.

Cheese burgers, onion and chips. The reason the burgers look a bit odd is because there is one and a half burgers on each bun. Gotta fill the space. Can't be having abit of just bread and no meat.

Corned beef and cheese toasty. Tasted better than it looks.

2 nice fry ups.

Good pub grub. A steak and stilton sandwhich, with chips and salad.

Chicken wings, lots and lots of chicken wings! I can't get enough of them. After eating these I alos finished off a few that Kate couldn't manage.

To finish, this is big even for me. A monster roast. I almost couldn't finish it.

Yeah I was in work and had forgotten to bring some lunch in so I got this delicious meal within £1! Meatballs are awesome, despite them smelling pretty close to dog food in a can.

I agree. Cheap, dirty but good. Not so keen on the tomato sauce ones though, I'm all about the gravey.

Got home from the Lake District yesterday and me and Sarah were hungry for curry... I made some bhaji action and sarah made a damned tasty quorn massala.

Conclusion: Red onions as opposed to white ones in a bhaji = win

I fancied making a deep pan pizza and here's the result.
I put the base in a cake tin and hardened it in the oven for a bit then added lacto free cheese first, recuded tomatoes as the base with herbs, mushrooms, peppers, red onion, more cheese and then cracked an egg in there for good measure.

Report: A true, taste sensation, I'll make one for you some time. I'm going to make my next one with a madras curry sauce topped with cheese. Curry pizza pie! Well, I'll still be adding the egg on top - eggs make everything good.

That looks ace, eggy bread should just be the standard for bread. Pre sliced, hot loaves of eggy bread... mmm
